How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead the functional safety aspects of assigned modernization projects, ensuring that safety requirements and assessments are effectively integrated into our service project deliveries.
- You will work closely with control, electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure that safety considerations are seamlessly integrated into the design and implementation of control systems solutions.
- While your primary focus will be on project delivery, you will have opportunities for growth within our department, which is also responsible for R&D and standardization in the area, allowing you to expand your expertise and potentially transition into those roles in the future.
What You Bring
- You have experience with functional safety standards, particularly IEC 61511, and tools used for safety analysis, such as exSILentia.
- Experience with (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessments are meriting.
- You possess general knowledge of gas and steam turbine technologies and their operational principles.
- Your strong cooperation skills and willingness to assist colleagues will be key to your success in this role.
- You are structured and driven in your daily work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- You can express yourself fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is considered a merit.
About The Team
Our team is composed of eleven dedicated development and project engineers specializing in the instrumentation and control aspects of gas and steam turbine packages.
We focus on creating standardized solutions for modernization and upgrade projects and are responsible for functional safety topics in delivery projects.
With expertise in control systems, electrical engineering, instrumentation, cybersecurity, and functional safety, we support ongoing R&D projects and are responsible for sustaining all active products related to package instruments and controls.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
